The Sashimi restaurant complex is formed around the stream between Seogeumdong and Donggeumdong in Sacheon. As the stream flowing into the sea resembs the number 8 in Chinese, the area was called Palnumjang or Paljangsu. Palpo boasts beautiful attractions suchas Nosan Park and Mokseom (island).
