Mt. Gaksan is a small mountain located in Dongseodong and Seongudong, Namyangdong of Sacheon. It is 412m high and stands over an area of 11,000,000㎡ and attracts over 500 hikers and visitors every day. From the top you can get a sweeping view of Changseon·Samcheonpo Bridge the grand prize winner of Korea’s 100 Beautiful Roads 2006 organized by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation and enjoy the cool breeze of the south sea and its crystal blue waters. The night view from the top of this mountain including Shilannakjo, on Eight Beautiful Sights of Sacheon and the lit up Samcheonpo Bridge is quite breathtaking.
