Hallyeosudo refers to the waterway that lies 50 nautical miles from Tongyeong’s Hansando to Jeonnam’s Yeosu in the south sea. This scenic waterway boasts gentle sea saves and blue waters spotted with small and large islands. Everywhere you look you are greeted with beautiful romantic sight. Moreover, this area is ideal for history education as many battles were won by General Yi Sun-shin during Imjinweran (Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) around here.
