About Taste of
Sacheon
This mountain stands 801.4m above the sea level and consists of ninety nine peaks, giving it the nickname Guguyeongwhabong. From the sky, it resembles the shape of a reclining dragon, hence the name Mt. Waryongsan. In May royal azalea come into full bloom and cover the mountain in spectacular deep pink and red. The legend has it that the mountain cries every last day of January in the lunar calendar.
